Framing Recommendations

You’ve found the perfect piece of art—now it’s time to get it on your walls! I spent over five years working in a frame shop as I built my path as an artist, so I know firsthand that framing can be costly, tricky, and sometimes overwhelming. That’s why each print option I offer is designed to make framing as easy and affordable as possible.
Framing Tips
Matted Prints
My matted prints are ready to fit straight into standard-sized frames:
- 5x7” in an 8x10” mat: fits an 8x10” frame
- 8x10” in an 11x14” mat: fits an 11x14” frame
- 12x16” in a 16x20” mat: fits a 16x20” frame
These frame sizes are widely available at stores like Michaels, Target, or Etsy, making it simple to frame your art without the high costs.

I recommend frameiteasy.com for customizable frames that fit beautifully without breaking the bank. I’ve used them for all the art in my own home
It’s not quite frame shop quality but does the job well!
For larger sizes, adding a mat (2.5-4” works nicely) can elevate the look, help keep the glass off the print, and protect it over time.

Framing Tips
Giclée Prints
The giclée prints are made to fit standard frame sizes and now come full-bleed. If you’d prefer, you can request an extra 1” white border when you check out (e.g., a 16x20” giclée would have a 16x20” image on 18x22” paper).
When your giclée arrives, unroll it carefully on a clean, flat surface. You can flatten it by carefully rolling it in the opposite direction using the tube it comes with. To attach it to a mat for framing, I recommend a strip of acid-free tape across the top. This is the tape I use.
